①7月28日にリゾナーレ八ヶ岳と伊那食品工場株式会社に行きました。リゾナーレ八ヶ岳ではコモディティ化についての説明や実際に企画を考案する活動をしました。伊那食品工場株式会社では地域に愛される企業の理念や経営のポイントについて学びました。学んだことをこれからの探究活動に生かしていきたいです。
On July 28th, We visited RISONARE Yatsugatake and Ina Food Factory Co.,At RISONARE Yatsugatake, I received an explanation about commoditization and actually worked on devising a plan. At Ina Food Factory Co. I learned about the philosophy and management key points of a company that is loved by the local community. I would like to use what I learned in my future research activities. 
②１０月１７日にファーマンという企業を見学させていただきました。廃校になった体育館をボルダリングに活用していたり、グランピング施設を開設したりなど、豊かな自然を活用した、様々な活動を行っていらっしゃいました。従業員に対して積極性を重視されており、私たちもたくさんの質問をさせていただきました。
The first high school students of the Inquiry Course conducted a company tour to Furman on October 17th.They carry out various activities that make use of the rich lacal nature,such as making a bouldering wall in a closed schoo’s gym and opening glanping facilities. The company highly values proactiveness in its emplpyees, and we had the opportunity to ask them many questions.
